Interestingly I use the mouse (when I'm doing something important) to turn but usually go forward with W or with W and the mouse. I have my steady/auto/kill command macro bound to Q, because I like to have abilities I use often/are spammable right there. Anyways you might see me forget to hit enter of something and you would see me type something like this: "kk guys let's do thiswwwwwwwwwqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqq".
Also of luls -- for my rogue Shadowstep is bound to Q =D
haha nice and hmmmm maybe ill try your Q technique....
