Grinding primals are great for money, but daily quests are where it's at. You can bank 150G+ a day off of those, in about an hour. You could also spend another hour grinding, say, Primal Air, and get another 100G~. Shadowmoon Valley is great for those. :)
Any talent build will do, honestly. I'd stay away from daggers, though, as those are more "situational" and getting behind your target isn't always easy/possible. "Combat Swords" is the easy way.
