I was just wondering what was the best way to go about this, and the best instance; I was currently thinking farming UK with 5 80's would work the best, along with doing the Wintergrasp Dailies. What do you guys think?

Usually PvE items don't have resilience on them, which the heirloom items do. Though I suppose they're a bit of both.

I figured it'd be quicker to do a few easy heroics each day, while leveling my druid, getting the Shoulders, then the rest of the stuff.
