I have killed all the bosses i have killed with the combo of Tia's Grace and Left Eye of Rajh. With the exception of Cho'gall, where i finally already had better epic trinkets to swap in.

people say that agility is always best for feral druids. but as feral bear all stats are same except we gather more stamina than feral cats. i'm a alchemist so i use Lifebound Alchemist Stone (

) for stam reasons. I use a dodge rating trink with to which should help with your dodge

I'd use
Skardyn's Grace
. The agility is godly and the mastery proc is also very strong, just look at it as another damage reducing cooldown you have. You could just macro it to Barkskin.
Unheeded Warning
is certainly good, too, but imho not worth the gold. The mastery from
Skardyn's Grace
is too good to pass up.

The problem I have with mastery is that it relies heavily on crit, due to the
faceblock mechanic
, to be properly worth investing in. I have the trinket with mastery proc, not use, and its fun reading 94% mastery for 15 seconds but during that time a proc of agility would have been more noticable.
Now forgoing any form of modelling or theory crafting or spreadsheeting, all that mastery isnt fully appreciated unless you have a decent amount of crit to back it up.

It does indeed have a situational good use. Fights where you get lots of magic damage. Nefarian specifically. It's also useful on Cho'Gall whenever he pops Flame Order.
