Hi, I don't know where my druid should be damage wise, but in dungeons, i have only have around 800dps, im level 74, and this is my character: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Baelgun&n=Twinklebell

i need some input on my spec choice, and what attacks i should be using, because i think that 800dps is really low, but that may just be me, becuase my main is a hunter

That is very low DPS, but your spec is quite messed up tbh.

more info on how you do your DPS rotation is the only way to give practical advice on that front.

you also get Savage Roar at 75, so hold tight. It's awesome.
