It's really easy. Go in bear form and wait for the opener. Use Barksking when he open. When you are free, put FF, Demo roar and 1 Lacerate on him. That would prevent him from using blind or vanish.
After the stuns, he'll must likely evasion, tank him in bear form. Make him waste his shadow cloak with nature's grasp.
Retransform into bear to cancel crippling then feral charge him.
Run away, throw some hots and go back in bear. You can also try to fake cast a cyclone. he'll probably cancel with insignia.
You have now a guy in leather with zero CDs. Bleed him, bash him and dash out. You can now stealth and open him. You have won.
Short story:
-Make him waste his cooldowns
-Keep FF, Demo shout and FF
-Try to restealth. If you can open him, he's dead.

My feral pvp spec:

As I said, you dont need 1st opener to beat a rogue. After he's out of cooldowns, bleed-FF him, bash and get out of deadly throw range. You have now an unstealth rogue ready to lose, if you think he'll see you
in stealth ( wich I doubt ), you can always feral charge.

I think you dont understand the concept of "wasting" cooldowns.
A rogue snared by nature's grasp must get out of it, If he stay in roots, I can easily get out of Deadly throw range and restealth. he'll use a cooldown to get out. You are trading Nature's grasp for Cloak of Shadow or Insignia. A trade at your advantage. Vanishe is not available after that ( cant dispell FF anymore ) and cyclone WILL be canceled by insignia.
You must force him to use his cooldowns when they don't pressure you.

Armor and Health are to your advantage in Bear form. Lacerate is your friend. Physical bleed DoT that works them. Most of the time when I stay bear, I can beat a rogue. It's when I'm caught out of Bear form that I usually lose to them.

bear form is the solution
if you have a tank set with high stam, dodge and armor, the rogue will do nothing.
i play rogue for now over 2 year and a well played druid is almost imposible to beat for a rogue.
but most of feral druid in pvp are rogue wannabe in cat form. In this form, i can stunt lock you to death in 10 second. You are not rogue, Since PVP is more focused on melee than caster, bear form is more usefull. Don't use catform vs melee 1vs1.
Even if you get the first opener in cat form, you are probably death. If you stunt me, ill probably spam vanish macro with CoS then spam cheapshot. i can do it within 2 bleed. after this, stunt lock to death. You are so more easily killable in catform.
Mostly in bear form, you will have plenty of hp to survive all my stunt and after this, you will be able to prevent me to stealth, bleed me with mangle and then i would probably die or try to sprint for my life.
I tanking gear, it's not even fun. Most of my attack will be dodged.
