FFA looting with rolling system from group loot

I was wondering if it possible (with an addon or something) to have FFA loot but the party still has to roll for green and better items. I am questing with my friends and we have FFA loot active because sometimes we split apart in a zone and with group loot, we sometimes couldn't loot the mobs. The Problem is that green, blue, etc items won't be rolled unlike with group loot. Is there a way to have both benefits from the group and FFA loot system?

I found the info that you need a 4+ level of knowledge of the artifact or something like that. Is it necessary in the realities of shadowlands? And how to get this level on https://testmyspeed.onl/?
