/cast Icy Veins
/cast Combustion
/cast Mirror Image
/use 13
/use 14
Use at once at the beginning of a fight that will last at least 2mins30seconds, and then use it again when it comes up.

I personally like to pop Combustion, Icy Veins, and my trinkets, after I apply LB and Scorch(es), so I get as much benefit on my FFB casts.

/cast Icy Veins
/cast Combustion
/cast Mirror Image
/use 13

Use at once at the beginning of a fight that will last at least 2mins30seconds, and then use it again when it comes up.
Add a last line to /cast Frostfire Bolt, so you don't waste any time with that.
I personally like to pop Combustion, Icy Veins, and my trinkets, after I apply LB and Scorch(es), so I get as much benefit on my FFB casts.
Optimal starting rotation:
Living Bomb on pull->Scorch x 2->Cooldown Macro+FrostfireBolt->Re-Apply Living Bomb ASAP whenever it goes down, use Hot Streaks, and spam Frostfire Bolt. If the fight only lasts about 3minutes, use the CDs asap. If it lasts for example 4 minutes, wait to use the cooldowns at 35%. If your raid uses Heroism at the beginning after about 20seconds, wait to use your cooldowns until then. Be smart... managing your cooldowns is the key to attaining optimal DPS.

imo macros like those get messy. combustion will not be timed at all with icey veins later in the fight. also the only trinkets that you can use are from heroics, so almost anyone raiding won't have them.
isn't mirror image on the same cooldown as icey veins and combustion? so won't that macro be screwy?
