Wyrmrest Accord is fairly easy to get and you're right, you do get an excellent chest and boots. After, I went for the Argent rep to get the head enchant. I should be working on the Sons of Hodir rep to get
this enchant
and
this one
at exalted, but I've been quite lazy.

I agree with Wyrmrest being #1 to grind, and it's easy
2nd should be Argent Crusade and 3rd should be Sons of Hodir if you aren't an inscriptionist. I still use my scryer shoulder inscriptions left over from TBC.

You don't have to wait in order to to grind out Hodir rep, in fact if you want the shoulder enchants you should start as soon as you can. There is no championing for them, you have to get exalted with them through dailies. (And in 3.08 you will be able to turn in
Relic of Ulduar
x10 for 250 reputation.)

Ah yes, I sometimes forget that people have different time schedules than mine. I can fit in a few dailies and one heroic every morning. At night time, I'm either too busy to do dailies or unable to play at all. I generally have to pick one cause to dedicate my morning to. I envy the rest of you who can play more than I can. ;-)
On that note, yes, go crazy with Hodir!
