On topic, some of the bosses are healer test, some are tank test, few are DPS test, some are retardation check (/heigandance). Going through the list...
Anub'Rekhan - Tank check. All you will need to do is run around the edge of half of the room 2-3 times during the encounter. Not too hard, just need to have good reflexes and healer who can heal and run.
Grand Widow Faerlina - Easy boss. Your DPS will need to kill an add every so often, but they don't have a lot of hit points, and I (paladin tank) can bring them low enough, so the DPS can burn them down in 2-4 seconds at most.
Maexxna - Kind of reaction check - your DPS will need to kill the cacoons around the webbed players, and your Tank will need to be able to survive a few hits with no heals.

Patchwerk - Gear check. Tanks need to have enough hit points, Healers need to be able to keep healing through the damage spikes, DPS needs to beat the enrage timer.
Grobbulus - Kind of a DPS race with a bit of "
oh, I have desease, I need to go drop it away from the group!" element.
Gluth - DPS check. You will need some AoE DPS, and some nuking abilities to beat the enrage. Maybe a non-tank plate user/bear to eat the Mortal Strikes.
Thaddius - Heroic Mechanar reborn! If you can avoid wiping the group due to wrong charge, you are fine.

Instructor Razuvious - Tank check. You and the other tank need to be able to control the adds properly and switch aggro taunting properly. It may take a few tries if you've never done such thing.
Gothik the Harvester - DPS check. Your DPS will need to be able to take down the adds, and then the boss within a certain time window. If not, the stacking -% stats will get to 10, and -100% to all stats means...you don't exist.
The Four Horsemen - This one may be a challenge. Your tanks don't have to be all that good, but your DPS has to be, and you need to have good raid coordination. My guild usually needs a few tries to get this one down.

Noth the Plaguebringer - Nothing special, DPS down, pick up adds, kill adds. Must have a decursing class in the raid.
Heigan the Unclean - Checks your raid's ability to move from place to place, a.k.a. do the Heigan dance.
Loatheb - DPS and Healers check. Requires some coordination.
Both Sapphiron and KT are coordination check, where everybody needs to pay attention to what's going on.
