I spent the 1000 casts getting Mr. Pinchy without complaint and caught it.
I spent the 5000 casts getting the 15 pound mud snapper without whining and caught it!
I spent the hassle of camping the STV fishing competition when the stupid alliance just go there to gank and I wear that fishing pole 90% of the time now.
I spent the 10 hours fishing in Dalaran to finally get that ONE gold coin That just wouln't appear (Chromie I'm lookin at you!).
^ The hard stuff right?
NO! It's the daily that's the pain in the ass here! I've done the #$% fishing daily every day for the last month and it's only ever that #$%#ing Felblood Fillet! I NEED THE SHRIMP! <~ All I need for salty.
...that is all.
note: I'm aware it's random and that I'm just having bad luck. That's why this post is in the randomness forum instead of the profession. :(

Ouch, I can partially sympathize with your pain. I've since completed all the achievements with fishing but would still like the bucket croc pets, do you think Croc in the City ever comes around? No! Well, maybe once a month if that; but am I ever lucky? No!
Give your server a kick in the kneecaps and demand the daily to show up, it just might work.
