Fleet footed and Camouflage

Looking to respec to daggers for pvp and I'm wondering if these 2 talents conflict with one-another since fleet footed says it doesn't stack. I assume that camouflage just reduces stealth's speed penalty, which isn't really a movement speed increasing effect, but I thought I'd be sure.
By the way, how does this look?

This is just for fun and to try out some dagger specs on the test realm. I've been maces for a long time and have been wanting a change of pace. Here's another I was thinking about, but any tips or suggestions you can throw my way will be considered:

They stack because they do not do the samething
Fleet Footed INCREASE your speed while Camouflage DECREASE the penality of stealthing (you can notice it by checking the tooltip of stealth with and without it.

And no they don't stack, They both DO improve speed, read it, it says it right in text, just because one is in stealth doesn't mean anything, it still IMPROVES speed.

I already answered this in another thread or maybe in fleet footed page itself
Stealth = 30% penality
Camouflage = remove 15% penality of stealth
Fleet Footed = increase your speed by 15%
30%-15%=15% penality
100%-15%=85% speed
85%*1.15=
97.75% speed
