Expert Riding (150-225) costs 800g and the mounts 100g. This is the price regardless of your standing with any factions.

Since instructor don't have any faction (see

), there is'nt any kind of reputation reduction

Might want to mention that some vendors requires reputation though, like the Cenarion Expedition (exalted for their 2k gold mount) or Netherwing (exalted to be awarded their netherwing drake), or even the Sha'tari Skyguard's Nether Ray (exalted rep to buy)
