i assume you mean 32% fire crit.

assuming you have cataclysm you need 368 to cap destro spells but you'll still miss lots of aff spells so going over that cap will be no bad thing. use the mark

Your hit rating is pretty good, if you talented for hit, then you dont need the Mark.

"pretty good" isn't really very useful.
with +hit you're either capped or not. if you're not then the single stat which will improve your output the most is +hit rating. if you are hit capped then you don't need it.

with 311 hit he would be hit capped if in a group with a boomkin or Spriest and talented but otherwise, not hit capped.
so, change the trinket depending on the group.

that said, the hit buffs are buffs and if things go south and your boomkin dies then so does your hit rating. do yourself a favour and just cap it.

stay under the soft cap, get that trinket to bring you up to it (368), but keep it on the side. That way, in the case that you get a boomkin or spriest in the raid/group, you aren't wasting a trinket slot, and you can use something more useful, like the sundial.
