Hi :) I would like to suggest a couple of features that I see on another forum I frequent as possible additions to your forum if you like them.
First, a "go to first new post" button beside threads, this would open the thread and jump to the first post that the user has not read (although posts do time-out eventually and are no longer new)
Second, the ability to mouseover thread titles and see a portion of the first post before clicking on it.
I have no clue how hard these things are to code, but they are on another site (totally unrelated to WoW) that I frequent and I find them very useful and enjoyable features to use :)

Forum tracker was in discussion several times on Feedback, it just doesn't seem to be a priority over adding other features.
