You know, I was looking at the patch notes and I was thinking the same thing. Seems like they are moving a few talents, and adding in Shamanism, but not a word about a respec.
I'd love to know if we get one or not.

They're adding, removing, moving and altering points on talents.
I would assume that would warrant a talent reset on all shamans.

Wow way to be an ass. Not every one is lvl 70+ and if you respec all the time it is more then 50g.
It might seem weird to you, buy 50g is a ton of money to some people.

actually its never more than 50g nowdays since they lowered the max to 50g

Generally anytime they move/add new talents to a tree, they give that class a free Re-Spec.
If they just change the effect of a talent however, generally they leave it up to you to do so.
Also as confirmed by Zuber, the official site has stated they will be giving one.
