It should. Resistances are different than most other stats, in that they already had mechanics involved to not stack the buffs even if you had them. However, remember that it wont stack with MotW, which you spend 2 talent points getting less than 10 resistance if you have a druid with imp motw (pretty much any resto and not hard for balance/feral to get) in the group/raid.
