I would try something like

Runic Power Mastery is not rly needed since all your runic power should be spent on Frost Strike.
Frost Aura and Acclimation is rly nice when dealing with caster to keep down their dmg out put on you.
Merciless Combat is a most for PvP coz when someone gets below 35% that 12% extra dmg will help you burn him/her down faster.
All in all you get nice Surv and nice Burst dmg :)
