IMHO. Haste is worthless in PvP unless you're a stunlocking rogue. If you exploit Chains of Ice, though, you may be geting your money's worth.
I tend to like Necrosis and Blood-Caked Blade moreso with DW specs.
Also, I tend to give up Ravenous Dead when I know I'm not speccing for Master of Ghouls... but, it will make killing your mass ghoul army from Army of the Dead that much harder.
Your first spec would be my choice, but you can take 2 points out of Anticipation and 3 pts out of Ravenous Dead to pick up Outbreak, Corpse Explosion, and Shadow of Death.
Corpse Explosion is fun AoE in BGs, and the best "IN YOUR FACE" emote when you kill a player.
