Heya,

Overall your build is pretty solid. It all will depend on the play style that that you are comfortable with. I personally love frost. I am not going to type out a bunch of reasons why certain talents suck i am just going to put my insight into what talents i like and why and you can take that info and use it however you want.

Frost Tree
Hungering Cold - This talent can go either way, Its good for an oh %^&* situation where you wanna run away and heal or just taunt them while they can't do anything. On the other hand you could wanna spend more point the off spec. It can go either way.

Tundra stalker - To me this is talent point filler to get to Hungering cold. If you aren't going for HC, i would say leave this out too.

Merciless Combat - This could be nice for that extra bit of damage when someone is low on health. If you find yourself in reoccurring situations when someone kills you with 100 life left then i would say this is a good investment. To me, if you are shelling out enough damage for 12% to matter the person should be dead anyway.

Blood Tree
Two Handed Weapon specialization - Yeah it sounds good but 4%? i would expect a buff soon to that. Again if you are shelling out enough damage for 4% to matter, the person should be dead regardless.

Suggestions for extra points:
So if you are taking the info i am providing and running with it, where is some potential spots to put your points

Death Rune Mastery - Now this isn't entirely necessary. But when combined with Blood of the north, You could get potentially 6 death runes. Thats always fun. Again its not necessary.

Rune Tap (improved Rune Tap) - Again, not necessary, but a good "oh %^&*" button. If things go right you can death strike and rune tap yourself back to a considerable amount of health.

Veteran of the Third War - Pretty good talent, just an increase in strength and health and expertise (if you are getting rid of Tundra walker, this is a good replacement of those expertise points if you are worried about it)

Vicious Strikes (unholy) - Good talent (6% crit). However, i am not entirely sure if the crit applies to all skills or just PS, DS, and SS. If its all skills, then i definitely recommend this talent.
