Frostmourne, joke or choke?

Okay, untill now i've always believed that Wowwiki was a VERY serious site. But this weekeend, when I were a little bored I started surfing a little around in there and I saw that they had posted the stats for Frostmourne:

Can this be serious? I mean, just look at the stats!
If it is serious, then I think that the intellect is misplaced, otherwise paladinss would be the ones getting the best out of this thing, It's just not fair!
