Full Arms PvP build, any good?

Though my experience in top-tier Arena is limited, I have actually seen this build (or one similar that included Last Stand) used.

As far as inferiority, I think it is decent, despite the wide belief that Imp. MS is inferior to Flurry (it's really not, as long as you take Endless Rage). The real differences between such debates as Imp. MS vs. Flurry are often unknown.

In short, the abilities (Imp. MS + ER vs. Flurry) are fairly balanced. You hit the nail on the head when you said ER "off-sets the rage needed for the faster MS". The problem lies in that while you only gain -1 second & ~5% additional rage over Unbridled Wrath, you're forsaking many other talents down the Fury tree which ultimately reward you more than the final 6 points in Arms.

We need more experienced 1800-rating team players to advise on this. I wouldn't consider the topic closed until I heard thoughts from knowledgable warriors.

The best way to actually learn about this is to get back in the game & talk one-on-one with players of this calibre. Sort out the ones whom seem to know what they're talking about by asking yourself, "Did this person back up their opinions with actual known or tested experience, even when I picked apart their beliefs?"
