I don't know if anyone knows this but Oprah Windfury is actually a npc in game. She is a draenei inn keeper in the Temple of Talhamat in Hellfire Peninsula. They must have gotten the name from there.

Nah Oprahwindfury was a name that was used before BC. It was popular among a lot of people. Never knew there was an NPC named that.

Met a Shadowpriest named healbot once, gave me a smile.

Thats a lie, the name is to long.
And everyone else that thinks they have a character called Oprah Windfury, pull the other one - it is not and never has been possible.

Oprah Windfury wasn't a character's name but a guild that used to hang with Nurfed.

I have a tauren warrior named Sunderbluff that I got from somewhere and thought it was amusing.

There was a guild on my server called Naga Stole My Bike and a GM forced them to rename as it was reported for racism, so they changed it to GM Stole My Naga.

Saw a shadowpriest called UseABandage which made me smile too.
