It's a fairly simple rotation. Use Bloodthirst, Whirlwind, then Slam only if Bloodsurge procs. In between your cooldowns for BT and WW, use other abilities that use a GC such as a shout, or tossing up sunders if you don't have a warrior tank.
Above 50 rage, use heroic strike as a rage dump.
