You answered your own question. Geared fury wars are able to put out massive amounts of DPS as well as OT if needed. For Kara, Im often OTing any trash pulls that need 2 tanks. I also OT trash in Gruuls and Mag. As well as trash pulls in SSC/TK

What exactly do you want to know?
Touching on the topic at hand, warriors are commonly accepted tanks in Karazhan, however druids also fulfill the roles of main tank & off tank in many cases. Paladins are also in tour de force for Karazhan.
You often have melee damage-dealers in Karazhan. This fact doesn't discriminate against rogues, warriors, druids or even shaman Your best chance at entering a raid (read: the reason why someone should take you over another) wouldn't necessarily be for your damaging capabilities, but your flexibility. You may need to tank trash or help with certain boss battles, etc.
Being able to adapt to the situation as needed will surely help advance your status.
