Galleon seems to be like the Time-Lost Protodrake, except it spawns just a bit more. Friends on other servers say they haven't seen one pop up for close to six weeks, while, myself, I've seen it pop up three times in a week, and then disappear for two more weeks. It does seem like the common denominator for all the spawns is server restarts, but for all intents and purposes, there is no pattern to the madness that is Galleon.
