Gatherer is too now. I'm seeing everything in mine. There was an update to it a couple of weeks ago. The official host of that file is
wowinterface.com
check the comments because if you don't have the slidebar and the HUD enabled when you import it, it doesn't work. You can disable the hud afterwards.
As Ninja said gathermate works very well and I used it with a lot of success while they were getting gatherer's db sorted out. I use Auctioneer too and it and gathrerer share a lot of the same databases so I went back to gatherer after db updates were done. I also like to see where my guildies are mining/herbing at and most all of them use gatherer.
