All 3 of the tailoring set (SF, FSW and PMC) are excellent. They tend to sacrifice one stat (Stamina, Crit, Stamina respectively) for more of what the targetted groups want. Sure, FSW doesn't have +hit or +crit but it gives you the #1 stat for mages/locks - +dmg. You have 2 sockets on each piece to customize what you want.
