Gearing up for 60

So i am currently a 50 fury spec undead warrior. I will be hitting 60 within the upcoming couple weeks, and I just had a couple questions.

1. Once i hit 60 would it be a good idea to respec? anything I should change with my current talent tree or change to arms or proc completely? This is my first and only character so I'm not sure what the best way to go is. I find PVP very fun, but would also like to do some dungeons as well.

2. Where is the best place to go to start finding good warrior gear once I do reach 60?

3. Also, can anyone give me any equipment that is not too hard to get that I could use now. I don't know how good what I actually have on is.
