The repair utility is no longer available. I had this problem for a bit after one of those annoying "riding a two person mount while crossing a zone boundary" disconnects that still plague the game.
This only resolved itself after restarting the computer and running the launcher as an administrator. If this doesn't help, try deleting cache and wtf. If that still doesn't do it, delete the program and reinstall.

Hey all, Eccentrica, you're right in that the repair utility doesn't exist in the same way that it used to - but in 5.0 we moved it back in, only now it is accessible in the launcher (click help, and then choose from the drop down to access it). @Bear, if you're still having these issues, I would ask that you run a
trace route
and then also gather your
system diagnostics
, and then attach those in a
ticket
for us to review.
We'll be happy to help you get this worked out :)
