Armory link is below. I am not a poorly geared tank. What do I need to change to actually stay alive on Patchwerk?

your gear looks ok imo.. at least ur def capped..
how many healers did you have? afaik 3 is a nice number for nax..
and maybe make sure youre not in zerker stance :-P

if hes getting one shot on patchwerk it means its heroic(25 man)
patchwerk is alot more a healer battle than a tank battle,
we had to come back again and wiped 4 times on 2nd night before we got it. you need spam heals on all OTs so hateful never kills them or goes for melee
Were your tanks better geared then me? Because, I can't see a healer being able to react to how hard I was getting hit.
