Sorry, I didn't know it would matter by class. I remember back in BC I would run BGs until I had enough gear to be able to start doing some matches.

Is it hard to get a group for the 10 or 25 man raids? Is it something like AV or does it actually take skill?

On my server it's really easy to get a group for normal (and we hardly ever wipe) and hard to get a group for heroic (we wipe a lot with a final success usually).
