Alisa let out a sigh of relief as she saw Ivan, Blaine and Krista alive, but she was still in a panic. "Have you seen Logan?" she asked Ivan, on the verge of tears. "He went with the sniping squad - has there been any sign of their return yet?"

Genn slumped down on his throne. "Gods..." he said, but knew that no such divine beings would be able to lend any assistance. This was the end of the Gilnean Nation and there was nothing he could do about it.

"Not that I've seen," Ivan said, not happy to see Alisa this way. "I'll go and see if I can find him." He let Blaine carry Krista on his own, and went off in the direction that the sniper squad had gone, being careful not to draw any unwanted attention to himself.

The only four sharpshooters left of the sniping squad were struggling greatly to survive some space behind enemy lives.
"Ramirez, get Gregorov to safety. I'll signal when the path is clear then we'll escape." said Logan to the man carrying the unconscious body, shooting any undead that came too near. Archer was next to him, in worgen form, cutting down any undead that Logan couldn't keep up with.
