As far as my knowledge of Disc goes, I'd say your gloves are better than the t7 holy gloves for everything apart from the setbonus. As for the shadow gloves, it may be fun to try them out and is obviously great offspec gear but I think your mana regen will go down regardless of the disc spec.
I'd say keep what you have until you can get the holy set bonuses (if you want them), or get shadow t7 if you reguarly offspec.
