there is an unanswered question that asks if the 20% increase is to the initial burst heal or to the HoT effect? Can anyone confirm one way or the other?

Thanks for that feedback Trokair, I've been wondering about that. It's nice to see some numbers.
I've been debating whether or not its worth going for

for my Regrowth-spam healing set. Seems that it would give Regrowth even more HPS/through-put, with the side bonus of proccing bigger Living Seeds.
