This is for a shadow spec'd priest.

Major:

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42407 I crit rather often, so this is very good.

Minor:

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=43374 This one doesn't "proc" often, but when it does die, it's a nice boost.

I use these for Disc healing:

Major
Glyph of Flash Heal - Very, very useful... Disc priests use Flash Heal all the time.
Glyph of Power Word: Shield - Lets me know how much my shields are absorbing, and a ~1k heal never hurt anyone.
Glyph of Renew - I might replace this... Renew isn't as good as it used to be.

Minor
Glyph of Fading - Fade's very nice... making it cheaper makes it nicer.
Glyph of Fortitude - Cheaper Fort buffs are nice... might replace this with Glyph of Shadowfiend, since I'm seeing it dying more often than it did in BC.
Glyph of Levitate - No more light feathers!

My favorite glyph BY FAR is the minor glyph of levitate: I'd say I use it daily 10-20 minimum. Some days if I'm fishing or pvping I can use levitate upwards of 50 times. Imagine how many feathers I'd have to buy/farm.

Also I think any priest should have glyph of renew: I love it even on my spriest.

I really want to try glyph of shadow, now that I've got a good amount of spirit on pve gear it seems like a wonderful addition.
