If you haven't done the quest in the volcano, go to the 3 guys that have put up a barricade outside the crater and talk to them. They should have a quest for rocket jumping to another quest hub.
However, you say you're level ten and that confuses me, because at that level you should already have gotten done with those quests and be on the other side of the island, doing quests in a huge cave to free the Trade Prince's slaves.
Try speaking to Hobart in Town-in-a-box. If you're level ten I think his quest will show as low level, so try speaking to him even if he doesn't have an exclaimation mark.
