IIRC, 1s/3r was the optimal rotation with t4 2pc set bonus (now called "glyph of slice and dice"), and 3s/5s/5r without it. If I'm wrong don't hold it against me, there's very little discussion going around considering sub-par specs.

but then you dont max out RS in a spec where you would be energy starved all the time as well as skipping weapon expertise ensuring that many more dodged backstabs?

It was mostly a joke, I seem to have been tired upon making it. Really, my idea of rogue DPS is Assassination, so I'm not too familiar with it. If I was to make a Daggers build, it'd be this
