Hit to the cap, a total of 383 hit rating IIRC.

Crit to about 40% fully buffed, including talents.

Haste is a little better than spell power, MP5 is useless.

Only problem with hitcap is the lack of +hit on caster mail gear. To even get close you WILL have to snatch up some leather/cloth items. I wouldn't say elemental is so much getting "buffed" as its more of a tweak. Granted, those tweaks are nice, but nowhere near the buff we need, and then all we really need is better itemization from Blizz.

Hit>Crit>SP>Haste is my personal preference, without the first, everything behind is a little meaningless.

IMO, just get Eye of Magtheridon. more spell power when your spells miss.

There are other ways to get +hit.

If you can farm some WG marks until 3.0.8 rolls around get these too.

Not some bad choices there for hit gear. But once you reach raiding time, you'll have a hard time trading up for SP or Crit or Haste and not sacrifice your hit rating. Eh, as been obvious in most of my points, I'm a big supporter of getting as close to the hitcap as possible before the other stats.
