Well, I leveled from 60 to 70 as affliction, didn't have much troubles. I do reccommend a demo spec, because of alot of survivability. Plus, you can have a tank pet to tank elite quests with ease. Try something like.....

obviously, you might want to stop at 41, and move on to destro, but I feel keep on going is nice, because you have alot of pet talents to keep him alive, which is better in quests and such. Real nice life saver too..
