From a 100% PvE perspective, I'd say:
Reconsider the points you put in the restoration tree. 5 points in Totemic Focus is definitely a must and I'd prefer 5/5 Tidal Focus over Improved Healing Wave.
Also, I'd prefer 5 points in Ancestral Knowledge over Storm Reach and Elemental Shields.

Again, that's for PvE solely. For PvP I'd probably not go as deep in Elemental.
Something in the lines of

You might want to put some points in Elemental Devestation
What exactly is the use of that? Say, in a raiding situation, how often would you go up to the mob and hit it with your spell damage weapon? It's not only a waste of talents, imo, it's also a very bad way of DPS'ing :p
