the problem I see is that you blew 20 talent points to get 5% crit. That's an awfully bad return on investment considering you can do the same thing with 2 talent points (hint hint, elemental oath)
Also, no call of flame, is this possibly a PvP build or something? Lots of "not good" happening here.
