Depends on what you're wanting to do with your spec. You mention balance(d), I'd guess you want to be a boomkin, and maybe you're still leveling.
Take the three points from Nature's Focus (resto talent, not balance), and drop two of them into Master Shapeshifter. Take the point out of Nature's Splendor (another resto talent), also the two in Gale Winds, drop all four into Insect Swarm/Improved IS. This will put your talents in good shape for both leveling and BG's, and be a powerhouse. You'll want to respec on hitting 80 for your final goal, whatever it is.
