With the risk of sounding like an as
, that gear looks like complete CR*P to me. A ton of ArP / stamina gems, stamina enchants... That gear will not make your druid shine in any aspect of the feral gameplay. That gear will get you no more than mediocre DPS, mediocre tanking.
If you wish to use the same set of gear for both DPS and tanking, the first thing you should know is that you need to use as much AGILITY as possible, and not ArP. That way you will at least have the advantage that agility brings for both feral tanking and DPS. Agility is actually the real TRADEMARK of feral druids.
In your case... if you want to turn that gear into an excellent DPS setup,
1 -> swap all your stamina enchants to agility / AP enchants
2 -> swap all your stamina / ArP gems for pure +20 ArP pieces, it should bring you up to ~860 ArP
2b -> try to push for up to at least ~1000 passive ArP (this may include food and elixir as well)
3 -> Since you like your Banner of Victory so much, pick up Victor's Call. Try and synchronize the use effect with the Banner proc effect for a combined ~2300 AP boost (and try to time this with applying Rake and Rip)
Concerning the talents, it seems to me you are using some sort of hybrid tanking / DPS build. Change that to a pure DPS build (eliminate Thick Hide, Protector of the Pack and Natural Reaction, pick up Master Shapeshifter and Imp Mangle or Feral Aggression).
With all these changes you should be ready to top the DPS meters with a well played DPS cycle.
Good luck out there.
Grim Toll, by quite a considerable margin, because the ArP proc is very powerful, while the expertise soft cap isn't particularly important.
Now, 'bout them gems. Why have you gemmed your gear with 10ArP/15stam gems? If you plan on tanking with the gear, going the agility route with your gemming gives much more survival than ArP, without compromising your dps too much. If your gear is primarily for dps, then
gem with stamina is a waste. Use a nightmare tear in a blue socket to activate the meta. Do. Not. Gem. Stamina for dps.
He has a good chance to shoot for all passive ArP. And 1000+ passive ArP is better overall than 800+ Grim Toll. And I really stand by this line of reasoning.
