That model makes him look like he has ogre blood as well, he doesn't. It's just game mechanics - faction leaders tower over most other character models (with some proportion, obviously a gnome isn't taller than a troll).

Yup, same how Varian and Tirion are taller then Draenei or Worgen males, and Magni/Muradin/Moira are all the size of humans.

For some reason they decided to make Tirion bloody huge in ICC, even larger than he was before. He was about 1.5 or even twice the size of the standard...
Possibly to level him out with the Lich King, make them seem more like equals when they faced off and whatnot *shrug*.

Off topic I know but they shouldn't have been portrayed as equals, Tirion was frozen with the Lich King waving his finger, and it was only because of a Miracle that the Lich King was stopped and that miracle was the part of the Ashbringer, Granted Tirion's the main reason Ashbringer was purified but still. Also the Garrosh thing, he's a BA Orc Berserker who know next to no fear. He's the son of Grom Hellscream one of the most notable Orcs in the entire history of Azeroth. Also the whole faction leader thing, He SHOULD stand out.

I agree that he should stand out, but I also think there are far better ways to do that than to simply bump the size up. I mean that's just lazy. Also you can't really argue that he should be big because he's Grom's son, Grom wasn't even that big for an orc. It just seems so pointless and...lazy. Sorry for the repetition.
Again; it's not for any 'lore' reasons, it all game mechanics as all Faction leaders are larger then the standard player models.

Garrosh got bigger. Shame his head didn't.
And I still say his shoulder pads are compensating for... something.

I wans't saying he should be bigger because he's Grom's son. I'm saying he should be bigger because HE IS Grom's son. Genetics wouldn't be the reason to be bigger it's his father's importance to lore that would increase his size because apparently Blizzard thinks bigger is better...
