I dont know... I know you can get the GUID of someone, but after that... I am not sure. Most commands that return names/other information use the "player","target","pet", etc as argument and not the GUID.
In a more simple way:
You can get the GUID via the name, but not the name via the GUID :)

They're not targetable or reversible in any way. They're designed as a means to uniquely identify mobs/players for addons that track things, not as a way to uniquely target things. Sorry ;_;
