Item says it's requires Guild Friendly; so probably need that before you can use them again.

Helm and cloak are still useable because it is intended that you send them to your alts, which may not be in the guild, or don't have any reputation yet.
Standards however are soulbound and require, as Adam said, a friendly reputation.
