Do dungeons and pvp with your guildmates in addition to questing.
Make sure you hit the weekly cap every week and in 10 weeks you'll be exalted with the guild.
That is if you're human and in a level 12 guild.
Worst case it's 12 weeks.
There is no faster way.

I wasn't aware humans were able to go above the 3500 rep/week limit for guild rep.

+Rep effects "increase" the amount of rep you can get before capping. What actually happens is the cap doesn't cheat you out of your increased rep.

Guild rep is never dealt with by a tabard so your safe.
