Guildy getting critical errors

So my guildy is getting critical errors form WoW. He reinstalled WoW to no avail, and it's happening rather frequently. Luckily he isn't level capped yet, but he wants to fix this before he starts doing arena, if you require any info, I can ask him, he's on almost every day.
If you're wondering why he himself isn't posting this it's because he's paranoid of forums or something. I don't know. He just asked me to do ti, and I figured, what the hell.
