Most of my toons are male except for Blood Elves (and Alli - don't play them). Male BE's drive me up the wall, their voice actor should DIAF - plus their movement is annoying aswell.
BE Females > BE Males.

I play a female Nelf Hunter...just because I like the look of the armor better on her than the male counterpart, and the pet looks cool with a chick. Anyways, just for the looks in my case...in a purely non-perverted way.

I'm a girl, yet I only play male characters. Except for my BE mage. She's female. :)

My Blood Elf Paladin is a female. Simply because I hate the male animations. I also have an Undead Rogue female. Since they do a flip on special attacks.
When Death Knights come. I may make an Orc female. I like their animations, and Orc females are very rare. All 7 of my other characters are male.
